Is your skin dry? Does it lack comfort, tend to feel tight, and sometimes show dry patches?
Opt for comfort with hydrating and nourishing products. The key step: apply a rich moisturizer before makeup to prevent tightness.
Does your skin tend to shine all over your face and are your pores visible?
Prioritize mattifying and non-comedogenic formulas to control shine. The ideal duo: a primer to smooth and a compact powder to set without clogging pores.
Your skin is looking for its balance, it shines on the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin), while your cheeks are dehydrated.
The goal is to find the right balance between hydration and shine control. Use a facial scrub to purify your pores, a moisturizer to hydrate dry areas, and a primer on shiny areas.
Is your skin reactive? Does it easily redden, feel hot, or tight as soon as it is irritated?
To avoid reactions, always opt for gentle and soothing formulas. Look for natural and organic ingredients that respect the fragility of your epidermis.
After determining your skin type, you can then choose your complexion product based on several criteria:
- The desired coverage
- The desired product type
- The shade of your skin tone and undertones

Do you often hesitate when choosing your shade? To stop doubting for hours and find the exact shade that will enhance your face, there's a pro tip: identify your skin's undertone.
The undertone is the subtle hue that shows through the surface of your skin. Unlike your complexion, which changes with tanning, your undertone never changes.
The infallible trick to finding it? Simply look at the color of the veins on the inside of your wrist in natural light.
Do your veins appear blue or purple? Your undertone is cool (pink).
Do they lean towards green? Your undertone is warm (golden).
Hard to tell, a mix of both? In that case, you are neutral.
Finish beautifully by applying a pop lipstick if you want a polished makeup look down to your lips!
