The Order

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by CBB.
CBB reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has an existing dispute with CBB or if CBB believes that the Customer is at risk of defaulting on payment.

CBB reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 7 days of placing the order, the order and payment will be cancelled.

CBB undertakes to honour the orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.



The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, according to the delivery method chosen from among those described below.

Delivery will be made within an average of 2 to 8 days from receipt of the order form, depending on the delivery method chosen, and within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order form.

All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day, except for orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, which will be dispatched the following Monday, as well as orders placed on public holidays, which will be dispatched the following working day. All other orders will normally be dispatched the next day.

Once the order is prepared and ready to be shipped, the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose:

  • Colissimo without signature: ideal for small parcels, delivery in a letter box, delivery within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch - delivery method chosen when the order is over 35€ and the delivery costs are offered
  • Colissimo with signature: hand delivery against signature, delivery within 48 to 72 hours
  • Mondial Relay: delivery in a relay point, attention, the choice of the relay point is made after the order, it is normal. Delivery within 7 to 8 working days.
  • Lettre Suivie: for parcels under 3 cm only, passing through the letterbox opening (products excluded: foundation, nail varnish, nail polish remover, bb cream, care range, baby products and shower gels). Delivery within 48 to 72 hours.
  • Chronopost: delivery in 24 hours, delivery against signature

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and CBB cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet delivery deadlines.

Returns & Exchanges

Any Customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days of the order date. Returns for orders shipped within and outside of metropolitan France are the responsibility of the Customer.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The Customer must enclose the product, the number of the order concerned by the return, the description of the product(s) concerned by the return, as well as a request for an exchange or a purchase voucher.
