Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Any Customer may request an exchange or refund of their item within 14 days of the date of the order. Returns for orders shipped in metropolitan France and outside metropolitan France are at the Customer's expense.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange or refund must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The Customer must enclose the product, the number of the order concerned by the return, the description of the product(s) concerned by the return, as well as a request for an exchange or a purchase voucher.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
In addition, in order for your return to be processed as quickly as possible, we ask that you also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item is refused by CBB, it will be returned to the Customer at CBB's expense without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
